If you put in the reps and don’t close a qualifying deal in your first 90 paid days, your billing pauses automatically — annual terms freeze instead of burning — and Besmi keeps working for you at no charge until your first deal closes. Usage-based charges still meter.

Is there a free trial?
No trial. Instead, there’s the 90-day guarantee: start on a paid plan, work the product, and if you haven’t closed a deal by day 90, Besmi is free until you do.
What counts as a seat?
Every person in your org with a login. Solo operators are simply a one-seat org; teams pay per active seat.
What happens if I go over my coaching minutes?
Nothing breaks. Overage is metered past your allotment and shows up as a line item. Starter buys $15 packs of 100 minutes; Pro and Team meter at $0.15/min.
Do I have to bring my own phone system?
No. Pro and Team include a Besmi-managed number with recording, texting, and inbound. Registration and carrier fees are handled for you.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual is ten months for twelve (~17% off). Monthly is the default, so you’re never locked in while you’re getting started. The guarantee treats both the same: monthly billing pauses, annual terms freeze — prepaid months never burn during a free period.
Can I move up a tier later?
Any time, and your data and number come with you. Upgrades are prorated to the day; nothing is re-created.
