SMS Program Disclosure

Besmi (“Besmi,” “we,” “our”) operates the software platform at besmi.io. This page describes our text-messaging program: what messages we send, how a person consents to receive them, and how to stop them at any time.

What we send

Besmi sends account-related, conversational text messages to business professionals who have opted in — for example: replies to an access request, onboarding and setup scheduling, account and security notifications (such as verification codes), and service or billing alerts. We do not send recurring marketing blasts, and we do not send messages on behalf of third parties through this program.

How consent is collected

On our website. A person requesting access to Besmi at besmi.io/request-access may optionally provide a mobile number and check a consent box. The box is unchecked by default, providing a phone number is optional, and consent is never a condition of receiving access to Besmi. The consent language reads:

Directly with our team. Existing customers and their team members may also give Besmi written consent to receive account-related texts during onboarding or support conversations. That consent is recorded with the person’s contact record, including the date and source.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your account activity — typically a handful of messages around onboarding, then occasional account or security notifications.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Besmi does not charge for SMS; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message and nothing further unless you re-subscribe by replying START. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@besmi.io, for assistance.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.
